Summary: returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, undamaged, and in original sealed condition. Opened sealed products lose their value as collectibles and are not eligible for a refund of the product value. Return shipping is always at the customer's cost.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers only)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. To exercise this right, notify us by an unambiguous statement (e.g., email to info@fuzzycards.com) before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Condition of returned goods - diminished value

Our products are sealed collectibles. Their value depends on remaining sealed, unopened, and

undamaged.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Inspecting the outer packaging is permitted; opening a sealed product goes beyond permissible inspection and destroys its collectible value. For sealed products that are returned opened, unsealed, or damaged, we will deduct diminished value of up to 100% of the product value from any refund.

In practice: only products returned unopened, undamaged, and in original condition are eligible for a refund of the product price.

Effects of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

If you validly withdraw and return the goods:

  • We refund the product price (subject to the diminished value deduction in Section 2) and the standard outbound shipping cost (not any premium shipping option you selected), no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.

  • You bear the full cost of returning the goods. The return address will be provided with our confirmation of your withdrawal notice.

  • You must ship the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Goods lost or damaged on the return journey are your responsibility; we recommend tracked and insured shipping.

NFT redemption orders

For orders where a product was obtained by burning an NFT and only a shipping fee was paid:

  • The NFT burn is an irreversible on-chain transaction. Withdrawal or return does not and cannot restore a burned NFT.

  • Any withdrawal refund is limited to the shipping fee actually paid at checkout, and only if the product is returned unopened, undamaged, and in original sealed condition, at your cost.

  • Opened or damaged redemption products are not eligible for any refund.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, this section applies instead: contact info@fuzzycards.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return costs where a return is required. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Customers outside the EU/EEA/UK

For all other countries (including Switzerland and the United States), no statutory withdrawal right applies and the following contractual return policy governs:

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, undamaged, and in original sealed condition, notified to info@fuzzycards.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs (outbound and return) are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product price only.

  • Opened, unsealed, or damaged products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • NFT redemption orders (where only shipping was paid) are final and non-refundable.
